We’re excited to announce that The Cuzzie is now an unregistered provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This means we can support both Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants.

What is an NDIS Unregistered Provider?

Some businesses choose not to register with the NDIS due to the time and financial commitment involved. These businesses, like us, are known as unregistered providers.

Self Managed NDIS Plan

With a Self Managed plan, participants have full control over their funding. You can choose and pay for services directly, provided they align with the goals in your NDIS plan. This option gives you the flexibility to select the services that best suit your needs.

Plan Managed NDIS Plan

In a Plan Managed setup, a registered plan manager oversees your funding and services. The plan manager handles the selection, purchasing, and all financial and administrative tasks on your behalf.

How to Purchase The CUZZIE Using Your NDIS Funding

For Self Managed Participants:

Option 1: Pay Upfront and Claim Later

  1. Add your items to your cart on our website, checkout, and pay.
  2. Complete the Invoice Request Form below, and we will send you a tax invoice with your NDIS details included.
  3. Use this invoice to make your NDIS claim. Once the payment is processed, a tax invoice will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Option 2: Place Your Order and Claim Before Paying

  1. Fill out the Order Request Form below, specifying the items you want to purchase, the quantity, and your shipping details.
  2. We will send you a tax invoice to submit for your claim. Once you receive your claim funds, you can pay us, and we’ll ship your order. Please note that invoices will be canceled if not paid within two weeks, as we cannot hold stock for extended periods.

For Plan Managed Participants:

  1. Fill out the Order Request Form, including the items you’d like to purchase, shipping details, and your Plan Manager's information.
  2. We will submit the tax invoice directly to your Plan Manager. They will review the order to ensure it is suitable for your NDIS plan.
  3. Once the purchase is approved and payment is made, we’ll send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order.
